Umut is a strategic, business-oriented, innovative and hands-on attorney and mechanical engineer with substantial worldwide experience on major construction, energy and water-infrastructure projects, having concluded to date an overall contract value in excess of two billion USD.

Her combined technical and legal background enables her to deliver strategic yet practical, commercially preferable outcomes — bridging the gap between the engineering of a project and its legal architecture.

Şeref Can ARAT

Can's core practice areas cover construction, finance — on both contentious and non-contentious matters — and dispute resolution, while his experience and professional interest span a considerably wider range.

His expertise includes infrastructure and energy projects involving tendering procedures, joint ventures, consortia, shareholders' agreements and FIDIC contracts.
